Ryker Fyfe

Your quarterback learns from someone who has stood in the pocket on Saturdays — and knows how to teach what he did there.

  • Former Nebraska quarterback. Big Ten experience, brought down to youth level the right way.
  • Professional coaching experience. Structured instruction, not just reps.
  • Specialized quarterback training. Every session is built for the position — nothing generic.

“Train with purpose in a high-energy, competitive setting. Real coaching. Real results.”

MidfieldThe System

Five things every
quarterback is graded on

Every membership trains all five. Every athlete gets a monthly development plan that tracks them.

  1. Throwing motion, base, and release — refined until it holds up under pressure. We break the throw down piece by piece: grip, hip rotation, weight transfer, follow-through. Clean mechanics mean more velocity and less wear on a young arm.

  2. Drops, resets, and movement training that build a strong foundation that lasts. Three-step, five-step, and shotgun drops are drilled until they're automatic, so the lower body is always ready to throw. When the pocket breaks down, trained feet buy the extra second that keeps the play alive.

  3. Ball placement by design — throwing receivers open, not just throwing to them. Every rep has a target: high and away, back shoulder, low where only the receiver can make the catch. Accuracy is trained like a skill and tracked month over month on the development plan.

  4. Reads, decision-making, and understanding the why behind every play. Athletes learn coverages, pre-snap keys, and progressions — how to see the field the way coaches do. A quarterback who understands the defense plays faster because he already knows the answer.

  5. Building leaders on the field and in everyday life — the quarterback's real job. Huddle command, body language, and accountability are coached just like footwork. Those habits carry into the classroom and the locker room long after the season ends.
